RETURN POLICY FOR MOM'S MOM
We gladly accept returns within 15 days of your shipment delivery date. We want you to be totally stoked on your purchase and if you aren't, send that baby back!
If you would like to initiate a return, please email us at hi@momsmom.co to get your return started. Please do not ship anything back without reaching out to us first and getting a confirmation.
If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, please email hi@momsmom.co with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the damaged product or shipping damages within 15 days of receipt of product.
PLEASE NOTE: Your return(s) must be approved prior to shipping back and prior to refunds are made. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
MORE RETURN INFORMATION:
- The product must be shipped within 15 days from when the order was delivered.
- We do not cover return shipping however we can send a shipping label for you to print out. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund total.
- All products must be returned in the original packaging and/or tags
- Product must be unworn, unused and unwashed. Any product that is returned, and doesn’t fit these standards, will not be accepted and you will not be refunded.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the card used for the initial purchase.
